The room was welcoming, the bed was big, the breakfast was savoury. Staff extremely helpful, no complaints. An amazing beach, amazing view. I loved to spend time in the nice Irish bar.

Staff were fairly friendly, excellent place for short stay. Particularly good view, a pleasant balcony, lovely bed, too. The breakfast was lovely and offers toast, cereal, eggs, cakes and breads. Plus, it was near a funicular station and the rooms were cosy and warm.

Quite comfortable experience, comfortable base for short stay. A lot of breads, pastries, cakes, jam and scrambled eggs at breakfast. I liked the room, the bed was very comfy. The fantastic service and the attention to detail were stand outs! Handy location with a funicular station near the hotel.

The breakfast was SATISFACTORY and the stuff was courteous. The room was spacious, had a stunning view. It was easy walk to Flamel, where you can have lunch. Exceptional service too. Besides, we parked the car nearby.

So glad we choose it, it's good choice for staying in Lugano. Furthermore, hotel offers free Wi Fi. Breakfast costs 15 chf per person per day, worth paying for.

Ristorante Tango was 10 mins walk away. 2 miles to lake lugano. We greatly enjoyed the fact that we chose acquarello swiss quality:)))

close to a funicular station in lugano. a wide array of restaurants to eat close by, like osteria trani that was only 5 minutes' walk away. public parking, plenty of space. we enjoyed acquarello swiss quality.
